Brooke Herzing is a Michigan-based ceramic artist, sculptor, and lighting designer. 
Herzing earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago in 2015. She later pursued her Master of Fine Arts at the Cranbrook Academy of Art, graduating in 2023.
Brooke Herzing's work stands out for its combination of art and everyday utility, pushing the boundaries of how functional objects can be perceived and appreciated within the realm of contemporary art. She is known for her use of raw ceramic surfaces, colorful volcano glazes, and surface patterning called “ticks."
Herzing's work has been exhibited in various venues, including the Cranbrook Art Museum, Thrown Contemporary in London, and Mana Contemporary in Chicago. She is also represented by Embrace Creatives in Detroit​.
